This notice explains the information involved when you contact Revnix, use Nix or browse the site.
Commercial enquiries
The enquiry form collects your commercial question, name, work email and company. Website and current tools are optional. The submission also includes its time, originating page and a reference used to handle delivery.
Revnix uses this information to understand and respond to your enquiry. Resend processes the message to deliver it to the Revnix inbox and send you an acknowledgement. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing sequence.
Enquiry information remains in the email systems involved after delivery. Contact Revnix if you need information about an enquiry held there or want to request its correction or deletion.
Nix — Revnix Assistant
Nix answers common questions using a fixed, website-grounded reply library. It does not use an external AI provider, and it does not invent information beyond the content published on this site.
The conversation stays in the current page session while you close the panel or move between site pages. Refreshing or closing the page clears that conversation from the site interface. The application does not keep a transcript database or automatically email your chat.
If you choose “Send this to Revnix”, recent topics from your own messages are placed into the Contact form. This uses temporary browser session storage to transfer the text. You can review and edit it before submitting. Choosing the handoff alone does not send an email. The saved transfer is removed after a successful enquiry or when the browser tab session ends.
Keep sensitive records out of the site
Do not submit passwords, access keys, patient or health information, confidential client records, payment details or other sensitive personal information through the form or assistant.
Describe the commercial or operational problem without identifying the people in the underlying records. Automated screening can catch some obvious sensitive content, but cannot reliably detect every form of it.
Spam prevention and technical data
The secure form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes technical browser and interaction information for that check. The site verifies the challenge on its server before attempting email delivery.
The server uses request information, including the network address available from the hosting service, to limit repeated requests. A form timing ticket and a random assistant session identifier help control abuse. Operational error records are designed to avoid including the message text.
Hosting and service providers
Hosting infrastructure processes network and request information to deliver pages and operate the site. Email and security providers process information as described above when you use those features. Their processing may take place in countries other than your own.
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Revnix does not control those sites.
Analytics and browser storage
The current site does not load optional marketing analytics or advertising tags. Browser storage used for the assistant handoff serves the transfer you requested. Security services may use their own mechanisms to carry out anti-abuse checks.
